I have seen the Consent Terms. They are in order and not contrary to law. I am satisfied that the Consent Terms have been drawn by the parties of their own volition in reflection of their true intentions.

The undertakings in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court.

The Execution Application and Chamber Summons are disposed of in accordance with the Consent terms. 5.

Mr Mestry undertakes to file his Vakalatnama for the Respondents within one week from today.
