Both these Notices of Motion have been taken out by the applicants one as an individual and other as Karta of an Hindu Undivided Family seeking early disposal of the appeals filed by the applicants before this Court.

The affidavit in support points out that the applicant is a senior citizen 76 years of age and also not keeping good health. In view of the above, both these notices of motion are allowed in terms of Prayer Clause (A).

The learned Counsel appearing for parties consent to both the appeals being listed on board for final hearing in the week commencing from 14 September 2015.
