2/2 3.NMSL-905-2016 In the circumstances, interest of justice requires that the reliefs sought in the notice of motion in terms of prayer clauses -(a) and (b) be granted. Therefore, the notice of motion is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clauses - (a) and (b). The order dated 24th June, 2015, is recalled and the execution application is restored to file.
Notwithstanding disposal of the notice of motion, the applicant to remove all office objections and get the notice of motion numbered.
