Petitioner claims that his application dated 15.05.2017 for deciding his eligibility for declaring him as slum dweller is pending before the second respondent. A prayer has been made to dispose of this petition by directing second respondent to decide the petitioner's aforesaid application as expeditiously as possible. 4.
