By by KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Date: 2024.01.11 18:34:42 +0530 this Settlement Agreement, the Award has been satisfied. 1/2

In view thereof, the Arbitration Petition No.469 of 2019 is disposed of as withdrawn.
