CORAM : A. K. MENON, J.

TH MARCH, 2021.

DATED : 24 P.C. :

1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the jurisdiction clause contains an error. The whole cause of action has not arisen within the jurisdiction of this court. He states that the said error has been corrected. In the meanwhile, he seeks leave to amend Leave Petition to correct the same error.

2.

Accordingly, in paragraph 5, in the 4 th sentence, the word "whole" is permitted to be replaced by the words "part of the". Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with. 3.

In view of the averment in paragraph 5 of the amended Leave Petition and considering that the relief sought is relating to property located beyond the jurisdiction of this court, leave under Clause XII is granted. Leave Petition is disposed.
