The application is primarily seeking an extension in filing statement of affairs. Mr.Aithe- Company prosecutor states that KJ

Mr.Aithe states that within one week, they will issue a communication to the ex-director about the defects. Mr.Dubey appearing for the applicant states that notwithstanding issuance of letter, ex-director will meet the concerned officer in the office of the Official Liquidator on 29.1.2018 to find out what are the deficiencies and within two weeks thereafter, they will comply with the deficiencies.

If the deficiencies are not complied with strictly, Official Liquidator to take steps under Section 454 against the ex-directors. Application accordingly disposed.
