Perused the order dated 3 rd May, 2019. The learned Advocate for the Respondent states that he has received a scanned copy of the Vakalatnama signed by the Director of the Respondent Company. He states that he has instructions from the parent company of the Respondent as well as from the Director of the Respondent to inform the Court that they have no objection if time granted is extended to enable the learned Arbitrator to decide the disputes between the parties and to pass his Award. Accordingly, by consent of the parties, time granted to the learned Arbitrator to decide the disputes between the parties and to pass an Award is extended upto 31 st July, 2019.

A copy of this order shall be forthwith forwarded by Advocate Hashmi to the Respondent and its parent Company.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner states that the Respondent is not appearing before the learned Arbitrator. Needless to add that if the Respondent chooses not to appear before the learned Arbitrator, then in that event, the fault will lie at their door and the consequences shall follow. 4.

The above Arbitration Petition is accordingly disposed of. 5.

Since KMC Oiltools India Pvt. Ltd., have complied with the directions given by the order dated 30th April, 2019, no further directions/orders are required to be passed against them.
