After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to move appropriate authority for any grievance, insofar as the issue of non-implementation of the redevelopment of society of the Petitioner (Respondent No. 5) by the Builders & Developers is concerned. The writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty, as prayed, and accordingly disposed of. All contentions raised by the respective parties on merits are kept open.
