Heard Mr. Lagu and Mr. Aithe.
Mr. Lagu states that the workmen were scattered all around and hence, the affidavits in support could not be filed on time. Mr. Lagu identifies the signature of each of applicants and further states that when the fresh affidavit of proof of debt will be filed before the Official Liquidator, the affidavit in support would have the endorsement of the Chief Interpreter of this court that the contents of the affidavit of proof of debt has been explained to each of the affiant.
In view of this, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses Meera Jadhav

Interim application accordingly stands disposed. Company application no.418 of 2017 also stands disposed with liberty to each of applicants to file their affidavit of proof of debt with the Liquidator directly within 4 weeks from today. As noted earlier, the signature of each of workmen should have the endorsement of the Chief Interpreter of this court.
