It is not a matter of dispute that Presiding Officer is now available for consideration of appeals presented to DRAT at Mumbai. In view of the changed circumstances, instant Petition need not be continued. Petition, as such, is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to pursue remedies which are already availed of. The Appellate Forum to expeditiously decide the pending appeal.
