In the circumstances, application is allowed and accordingly disposed in terms of prayer clause - (1), which reads as under : (1). that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct to raise the attachment and further direct to hand over the Symbolic Possession of the Property, viz., Unit No.D-4, admeasuring 218 Sq. Mtrs., 1st Floor, of Udyog Sadan Building, on the piece or parcel of land know as Plot No.F-4, F-5, F-6 in the Marol Industrial Area within the Village limit of Vyaravali, Taluka and Registration SubDistrict Andheri, District and Registration District Mumbai Suburban District, to the Applicant therein.
