This Petition is filed seeking following relief :- a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass appropriate writ, order and direction directing the Respondent No.2 to forthwith take necessary action in respect of the complaint made by the Petitioner vide letter dated 10/2/2017 and take necessary action in respect of the illegal constructions disclosed in the photographs annexed with the Petition situated at John Banglow, 174 S.V.Road, Bandivali, Jogeshwari (W), Mumbai - 400 102 in accordance with law.

On behalf of the M.C.G.M., one Bipin Pandharinath Kharade, Assistant Engineer, Building and Factory Department, has filed an affidavit dated 22nd August, 2017. In paragraph 7 of the said affidavit, following statement is made:- "I say that thereafter, notice structure is completely demolished with the help of local Police Station of the Ward on 03.08.2017." 3.

In the light of the above, the grievance made by the Petitioner in this Petition, does not survive.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of.
