In this application, the applicant seeks condonation 1012 days delay in filing the affidavit of proof of debt. The deponent of the affidavit in support states that he was unaware of the last date for filing affidavit of proof of debt. On behalf of the liquidator, it is pointed out that the company in liquidation was City Realcom Ltd. in respect of which by judgment dated 9th June 2017, this Court directed transfer of various claims pending adjudication to the designated court under the MPID Act. In the circumstances, learned counsel for applicant seeks liberty to withdraw this application with liberty to make appropriate application before the said Court.
