The Chamber Summons has been taken out by the 1 / 2 August 5, 2019

99-CHS-472-19.doc Applicant seeking permission to amend/delete one of the properties mentioned in the Chamber Summons No. 437 of 2019 viz. Office premises of Respondents No. 1 to 3 situated at No. 73, 3rd Floor, Vitthal Sadan, 342, Kalbadevi Road, Mumbai 400 002 filed by the Applicant.

Since the Chamber Summons has been filed for deletion of the above mentioned property, the Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 3.

The Applicant shall carry out amendment/deletion of the said property within a period of one week from the date of this order. 4.

The Chamber Summons is disposed of in the above terms.
