---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 1st OCTOBER,2016 P.C.:- CHAMBER SUMMONS NO.878 OF 2015 This chamber summons is taken out to delete the name of defendant no.1 (a), who expired on 13th May, 2013. The legal heirs of defendant no.1 (a) are already on record as defendant nos.1 (b) to 1 (e). The counsel for the applicants states that this chamber summons has been served upon all the defendants and affidavit of service of one Chandu R. Pawar affirmed on 19th July, 2016 is already on record. No reply has been filed and nobody is present today on call.

2/3 Therefore, the chamber summons is allowed and accordingly disposed of in terms of prayer clauses - (a), (b) and (c). The amendments to be carried out and copy of the amended plaint to be served within three weeks from today. CHAMBER SUMMONS NO.1352 OF 2016 This chamber summons is taken out to amend the title of the plaint and other proceedings by deleting the name of plaintiff no.1 (a) and defendant no.6, who expired on 23rd May, 2016 and 7th November, 2015, respectively. The legal heirs of plaintiff no.1 (a) are already on record as plaintiff nos.1 (b) to 1 (c) and legal heirs of defendant no.6 are also already on record as defendant nos.7 and 8. The counsel for the applicants states that this chamber summons has been served upon all the defendants and affidavit of service of one Chandu R. Pawar affirmed on 3rd August, 2016 is already on record. No reply has been filed and nobody is present today on call.

Therefore, the chamber summons is allowed and accordingly disposed of in terms of prayer clauses - (a), (b) and (c).
