Eighteen months' time has expired on 5th April 2018. Arbitral proceedings is at evidence stage before the learned arbitrator. The learned arbitrator is granted six months' time to make an award from 6th April 2018.

Parties are directed to co-operate with each other and with the learned arbitrator to make an award within the extended period. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. The petitioner is directed to convey this order to the learned arbitrator for compliance. 4.
The Commercial Arbitration Petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
