The chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks. Amended copy of the counter claim to be served on all the parties. The Plaintiff to the suit, who is the Defendant to the counter claim, and also the newly added parties shall be entitled to file their written statement to the extent of the amended counter claim within two weeks after the amended copy of the counter claim is served on them.
