The Petition is under Order 1 Rule 8 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908. The proposed Plaintiffs are all tenants seeking specific performance of an agreement for permanent alternative accommodation. It is not practical or feasible to give notice to all individual parties. The Plaintiffs will therefore issue a public advertisement in one English and one Gujarati newspaper to be decided by the Prothonotary and Senior Master. He will also determine the form and contents of that notice. 9th April 2019
