Two affidavits have been filed and which denote that steps have been taken by the railway administration to redress the grievances and recurring issues with regard to the passengers' safety and particularly provision of emergency medical care, looking after and shifting sick passengers, etc. 2.
We do not think that after the two affidavits and the earlier observations and orders of this Court, we can go on monitoring and supervising the working of railway administration. In the garb of issuing orders and directions, we ensure passenger safety, passenger assistance, the petitioners cannot expect this Court to take over the affairs of Central and Western Railways. 3.
