The learned Counsel for the Applicants/Plaintiffs states that above Suit is rejected on 11th November, 2022 under Rule 986 of the High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980 for non removal of the office objections This rejection happened because the Prothonotary and Senior Master had issued a notice dated 15th September, 2022 directing the Advocates and the parties appearing in person to comply with the office objections in all Suits which were Lodged on or before 31st December, 2021 and pending under office objections, 1 of

within eight weeks, failing which the same shall stand rejected under Rule 986 of the High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980. 2.

I am informed that this notice issued by the Prothonotary and Senior Master has been recalled by this Court (Mr. R. I. Chagla, J.) vide its order dated 10th March, 2023 and all suits that have been dismissed pursuant to this notice automatically stand restored. The above suit was only one such suit which was dismissed pursuant to the notice dated 15th September, 2022. In light of the order passed by this Court on 10th March, 2023 (Mr. R. I. Chagla, J.), the above Suit already stands restored to file.

The learned Advocate appearing for the Applicants/Plaintiffs has submitted that the disputes in the above Suit have been resolved out of Court and therefore he has instructions to withdraw the above Suit.

In these circumstances, the above Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

In light of this order, nothing survives in the above Interim Application and the same is disposed of accordingly. 2 of
