It is observed that the petitioner is challenging the order of transfer dated 15th March, 2004. This Court had granted Rule on 22nd June, 2004. This Court did not grant interim orders.

Today also none appears for the petitioner.

In fact, the petitioner also must have stood retired by now.

As none appears for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed. Rule discharged.
