Heard learned counsel for the parties. This petition is disposed of by consent by maintaining the order of cancellation of N.O.C. passed on 05/11/2015. In the last paragraph of the order dated 05/11/2015, the sentences commencing from the word "In view of the above complaints" and ending with the words "undertaking dated 05/04/1999 to MBRRB" shall stand deleted from the impugned order of cancellation.
