The learned Advocate appearing for the Municipal Corporation, on instructions from Mr. Vengurlekar AE Maint (R/C Ward), states that nine structures which are blocking the Petitioner's building will be removed within a period of three months from today. The statement is accepted. Needless to add that the same shall be done by following the due process of law. If there is any dispute between the Municipal Corporation and Respondent Nos.8 to 16, they shall be at liberty to apply to this Court. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
