The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that against the impugned order dated 3rd March, 2018 (Exhibit "G") passed by the first Respondent, the Petitioner has filed an Appeal before the Appellate Authority of the second Respondent. He submits that the said Appeal is heard and closed for orders on 20th March, 2018 but till date the order has not been passed. He further submits that the question is about the livelihood of the Petitioner and as such earlier disposal of the Appeal is expected from the Appellate Authority.

The learned A.G.P on instruction submits that the Appellate Authority shall decide the Petitioner's Appeal as expeditiously as possible but not later than two weeks from today. 4.
In view of the aforesaid statement being made by the learned AGP, we dispose of this Petition by directing the Appellate Authority to decide the Petitioner's Appeal within two weeks from today.
