There is no record available with the registry to show that this writ petition has been disposed of.
As the petitioner has not come forward for reconstruction of the record by supplying copies of the pleadings, if the petition is pending as of today, the same shall stand dismissed for non prosecution without further reference to the Court. Interim relief, if any, in force shall stand vacated on expiry of period of four weeks from today.
