This chamber summons is taken out by Defendant Nos.2 and 3 for recall of an order passed by this court for bringing these Defendants on record as legal heirs of the deceased original Defendant. Learned Counsel for Defendant Nos.2 and 3 informs the court that since last six or seven months, the Advocates have no instructions from the Defendants in the matter and the Advocates have moved for discharge to the Registry.

Be that as it may, it is for the Defendants to prosecute their chamber summons. Since there are no instructions, the chamber summons is
