The chamber summons is pressed against the claimant bank. Advocate for the claimant bank is served with the chamber summons by personal service on 12th April, 2013. The claimant bank has been served by registered post on 15th April, 2013. The item is shown to be delivered in the service report. 2.

The attached premises is shown to be the residential premises tenanted to the applicant. The applicant has produced the copy of the rent receipt along with the terms and conditions thereof. The applicant / defendant shall produce all the original rent receipt

CHS.358/13-EXA.1439/2012(30) along with the terms and conditions on their reverse. The respondent bank shall show the Court how such tenanted residential premises are attachable.
