This Arbitration Petition seeks interim protection in terms of a temporary injunction as well as appointment of a Court Receiver. There has been interim relief in the form of temporary injunction since 2015. The reference is at an advance stage and is likely to conclude soon. Hence, the Petition is disposed of by making the ad-interim order operating as of today, as an interim order pending the reference. The Petitioner would be at liberty to apply for appropriate relief at the stage of the Award or immediately thereafter.
