It is observed in order passed by this Court that S.A. Lodging No.563 of 2013 presented by the petitioner is
2 /2 WP-3031-2014 & ors. pending before the DRT-I, Pune. The Division Bench of this Court dealing with several contentions in Notice of Motion No.287 of 2016 presented in W.P. No.3031/2014 and other companion notice of motions in writ petitions and various other numbers mentioned in the order dated 29.4.2016 has dealt with the issue at the stage of decision of the notice of motions in detailed. Counsel for the petitioner states, on instructions, that he would like to pursue the remedies before the DRT and therefore petitioner is granted liberty to place all the contentions before the DRT. It would be open to the petitioner to pursue the remedy already availed of i.e. S.A.(L) No.563 of 2013 pending before the DRT. It would be open for the petitioner to put forth his grievances and urge all the contentions before the DRT. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petitions are disposed off.

It would be open to the petitioner to implead the auction purchaser as party respondent, since no steps have been reportedly taken in that regard yet.

In view of the above, all the notice of motions stand disposed off.
