Mr. Rajani states that he has no objection to prayer clauses - (a), (b) and (c) being granted but hastens to clarify as regards prayer clause - (c) that COSMOS Bank will give the advertisement as per the draft to be provided by the office of the Official Liquidator and it will be published at the cost of COSMOS Bank in such newspapers as the Official Liquidator want and on such date as the Official Liquidator will want. Mr. Rajani states that thereafter, COSMOS Bank will file an affidavit proving publication of the notice. Official Liquidator's Report is allowed and accordingly disposed in terms of prayer clauses - (a), (b) and (c) with the clarification above. by Gauri A.
