Having considered the prayer sought, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-(a) which reads as under :- "That pending the hearing and final disposal of the Company Petition, leave be granted to continue the Arbitral Proceedings commenced by the Sole Arbitrator appointed by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 21st August, 2017 in Arbitration Application No.72 of 2016 and to make and publish the Award."

2/2 38.CA140.18 Mr.Khan appearing for petitioner in Company Petition No.657 of 2016 states that by an order dated 4.5.2018 the court observed that this company has already been ordered to be wound up pursuant to order dated 19th April, 2018 in Company Petition No.66 of 2016. Mr.Khan states that there is an error in the order in as much as the company that has been ordered to be wound up in Company Petition No.66 of 2016, is Kamla Landmarc Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. and not Kamla Landmarc Construction Pvt. Ltd. Deputy Official Liquidator who is present in court confirms the same. Mr.Khan therefore, requests that the order dated 4.5.2018 be recalled and the Company Petition No.657 of 2016 be listed for final hearing.

Company Petition No.657 of 2016 be listed on 14.6.2018 for hearing.
