The learned AGP makes a statement that in case the Petitioners submits the original documents for registration before the Competent Authority of the Respondents, the Competent Authority of the Respondents shall examine those documents and in case the same are found to be complete in all respects, the documents will be registered in accordance with law. 2.

Accordingly the Petitions are disposed of, however with liberty to the Petitioners that in case the document is refused to be registered to challenge the said order by way of appropriate proceedings.
