last date of hearing, is in the possession of defendant no.2. Accordingly, I pass the following order :- (i) There will be an order in terms of the consent terms. (ii) Suit is decreed in terms of the consent terms. Undertakings given in the consent terms are accepted. Suit is disposed in the above terms.

(iii) Refund of court fees, if any, as per rules.

(iv) In view of the above, interlocutory applications, if any, pending in the suit also stand disposed as infructuous. 4.
