The Appeal is preferred by the Appellant against the ad-interim order granted in a Petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, which is pending before the learned single Judge. 2.

Though the matter is adjourned from time to time for settlement, basically in view of the earlier order passed by the Division Bench on 27 March 2014, but the parties unable to settle the matter. The Appellant failed to make further payment so also failed to comply with the order so passed by the learned single Judge on 6 March 2014.

In view of this, as the main Petition filed under Section 9 itself is listed for hearing next week and the present Appeal is only against the ad-interim order, we see no case is made out to interfere with the order so passed. The Respondent to proceed in accordance with law. 4.
