Mr. Khandeparkar learned Counsel for the petitioner, at the outset make a statement that at this stage the petitioner is not pressing relief claimed in prayer clause (a), and restricts this petition to the relief claimed in prayer clause (b), whereby the petitioner is seeking direction to Respondent No. 2 to decide show cause notice dated 23.03.2013.

The said show cause notice dated 23.03.2013, which was issued as per the order of Division Bench dated 15th March, 2013 passed in WP No. 1824 of 2012 is not yet adjudicated. In the light of above, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition, by directing the Respondent No. 2 to decide the show cause notice dated 23.03.2013 as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and all the points and contentions of the respective parties are kept open. In order to enable Respondent No. 2 to comply with this order, the petitioner shall remain present before Respondent No. 2 along with the copy of this order as well as copy of the said notice on 27th July, 2018.
