Insolvent : Absent No other appearance Today's meeting is fixed for the private examination of the Insolvent touching his estate and affairs.

In the meeting held on 9th December, 2016 the Registry was directed to submit a report before the Hon'ble Insolvency Court for not disclosing the claim of Sales tax department for the period of 2005-2006 to 2013-2014 by the Insolvent.

Shri Shah, Ld. Advocate appearing on behalf of the Insolvent states that the Insolvent had already paid the sales tax dues in respect of assessment year 2005-2006 and 2013-2014. He further states that he will submit the documents to that effect in the next occasion and applies for time.

In the meantime Registry is directed not to submit the report. Registry is also directed to write letter to the Sales tax department in respect of the claim of Sales tax Department.
