Instant Chamber Order is taken out by the Applicants for setting aside Order dated 11.01.2017, rejecting captioned Execution Application for non-removal of office objections.

Ld. Counsel for Applicants filed Additional Affidavit of Service, which is taken on record. Despite of service, none present to resist Chamber Order.

Perused Affidavit in Support. It reveals that clerk of Advocate for the Applicant was at his native place and therefore, he could not attend the matter and remove office objections.

As none appeared on behalf of the Respondents, contention of the Applicants needs to be accepted as sufficient reason for allowing instant Chamber Order. Hence, Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately.

Applicants and/or their Advocate to remove office objections on the Execution Application and get the same numbered and registered on or before 26.07.2018, failing Execution Application to stand rejected for nonremoval of office objections under O.S.Rule 986.
