From the reply of the sixth respondent it appears that the representation made by the applicant/petitioner has been decided by the Mumbai Municipal Corporation and the communication dated 11th April 2014 has been served upon the applicant. If according to the applicant/petitioner, the decision on the representation is erroneous, remedy of the applicant is to challenge the same in accordance with law. Hence, no relief can be granted in this Notice of Motion. Hence, Notice of Motion is disposed of by keeping the remedies of the parties open.
