The Interim Application seeks an amendment to the Probate granted on 29th June 2015 to a Will dated 18th August 2011 made by one Shiveen Bharat Vora. He died as a bachelor and was survived by his mother and sister. The Petitioners were the executors of that Will. ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL At the time when Probate was sought and even at the time when it by ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2021.02.11 11:02:22 +0530 was obtained the Petitioners were not aware that the Deceased had a bank account with the Bank of Baroda, Linking Road branch and a PPF account. There are substantial amounts in both. 2.

Full Court Fees have been paid. The heirs and legatees will be entitled to the benefit of these assets. The amendment is in fact 10th February 2021

The Interim Application is disposed of accordingly. One of the Petitioners will reverify the Petition.
