The issue involved in the present petition can be gone into by the Education Inspector under Rule 12 of Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools Rules. In that view of the matter, the petition is disposed of by directing the respondent Education Officer to decide the issue involved in the present petition after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties.
