Mr.Walawalkar, learned Senior Counsel appears for the Respondent No.4 and states that the Vakalatnama on behalf of the Respondent No.4 shall be filed during the course of the day. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has already filed an Appeal before the State Government under section 9 of the Bombay Land Requisition Act, 1949.

In view of the above, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Sr. Counsel for Respondent No.4 are agreed to the following order being passed:

2/2 wpl-738-15.doc (i) The concerned Authority to decide the Appeal of the Petitioner on or before 15 June 2015.

(ii) Until the Appeal is decided and for a period of three weeks thereafter, if the order is adverse to the interest of the Petitioner, the impugned order shall remain stayed. (iii) Parties shall co-operate in the early disposal of the Appeal and not seek unnecessary adjournments.
