Learned counsel for Intervenor and learned AGP states that none had appeared for the Petitioner on the earlier date as well. Learned counsel for the Intervenor states that the Petitioner had filed an Appeal under section 247 of the Land Revenue Code, which was dismissed on account of delay by an order dated 23rd March, 2022.
