Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record an order dated 29.3.2019 passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai granting interim protection to the petitioner against recoveries in relation to assessment years 2013-14 and 2014-15 subject to certain conditions. The order is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 2.

In view of the said order passed by the Tribunal, no further directions are need except for clarifying that the requirement for the petitioner to maintain a minimum
