When the matter appeared on the last occasion, we indicated to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that we inclined to dismiss the Petition. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner suggested that he will take instructions and withdraw the Petition. 2.
In these circumstances, the matter is listed under the caption 'for withdrawal'. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner however is not present.

The Petition in our view has become infructuous due to passage of time. Hence, the Petition is dismissed. Rule to stand discharged.
