1. By this IA, the applicants who are some of the original petitioners have sought deletion of names of several of the petitioners since they have no further claims against the respondents. The names of those petitioners who seek deletion are set out in Schedule-I of this application. Mr. Lad submits that the applicants are only seeking amendment to the application and consequential amendment. 2. Accordingly, I pass the following order;

(i) IA is allowed in terms of prayer clauses B and C. (ii) Amendment shall be carried out within a period of four weeks from today. Re-verification is dispensed with. (iii) It is made clear that the petitioners listed against item numbers appearing in Schedule-I now stand deleted from the petition.

(iv) IA is disposed in the above terms.
