Since the appeal is filed against the order refusing to grant ad-interim relief, and since the motion is pending, we are of the view that appeal can be conveniently disposed of by requesting the learned Single Judge to dispose of the motion, as expeditiously as possible, on merits and in accordance with law. Interim order, if any, to continue. Liberty is granted to the Appellant for further clarification of the order / ad-interim relief, if the Respondents propose to sell the flats.
