The Petitioner has been issued notice by the Respondentbank under Section 13(2) of the SRFAESI Act. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the period of sixty days to reply to Section 13(2) notice of the SRFAESI Act, expires on 26 March 2018. Instead of replying to the notice, the Petitioner has filed this Petition, seeking copies of certain documents from the Respondent-bank. In the facts and circumstances of the case, we are not inclined to grant any relief and issue any such directions. The petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
