---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 9th JANUARY, 2017 P.C.:- The counsel for the defendant nos.1,3 and 4 states that the main contesting defendants are defendant no.1 and his minor daughters, viz., defendant nos.3 and 4. Both the counsel for the plaintiffs and defendant nos.1,3 and 4 state that the ad-interim order passed on 6th April, 2011 be continued as an order in this notice of motion and the notice of motion be disposed so that the suit could proceed further in trial.

In view of the above, the order dated 6th April, 2011 is confirmed as order in this notice of motion and the notice of motion accordingly stands disposed.

2/2 46.NMS-1007-2011.doc Mr. Warekar, counsel for the defendant nos.1,3 and 4 states that the defendant no.1 has filed written statement. So far as defendant nos.3 and 4 are concerned, they have been recently added as parties pursuant to order dated 21st September, 2016. Mr. Warekar further states that within two weeks from today he will file the Vakalatnama on behalf of defendant nos.3 and 4 and also file written statement on behalf of defendant nos.3 and 4 and serve a copy thereof upon the plaintiffs.

The suit be listed for issues on 14th February, 2017. In the meanwhile parties to file their respective affidavit of documents, complete discovery and inspection and also file and exchange their statement of admission and denial with reasons for denial. (K.R.SHRIRAM,J) Gauri Gaekwad
