1] Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the respondent makes a statement that the duplicate keys of air-craft are already handed over to the petitioner. Statement is accepted.

2] Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that the original keys of the aircraft were handed over to Mr. Anil Dubey, who was in the employment of the petitioner and who has already left the service. Mr. Patil learned counsel for the respondent submits that there is no embargo for the petitioner to operate the aircraft as the same is already in possession of the petitioner.
